This summer enjoy a perfect family night – take a stroll along the Dawson Creek walking path and read a children’s book posted at several points along the way. End at the public library with a parent-led craft! Every Thursday this summer from June 1 – August 24. Watch for a new book and craft each Thursday between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Enter the path at either the 8th Street and 110th Avenue entrance (across from the mall) OR the 15th Street entrance – then walk toward the public library.
The annual summer reading club kicks off Tuesday, July 4! The club is for newborns to age 14. Children who are not readers yet may join and have books read to them. Register beginning July 4 – you may register anytime during during the eight-week program during club table hours.
Mondays 1:30 – 5 p.m.
Tuesdays – Fridays 9:30 – 5 p.m.
New activities and events each week!
Due to some technical issues we are unable to resolve, we have had to create a new Facebook page for the library. Search for Dawson Creek Public Library (same as the old page) and follow the page that shows it is a ‘non-profit’ organization’. Follow us for the latest information about what’s happening at your library.
