Book Walks

This summer enjoy a perfect family night – take a stroll along the Dawson Creek walking path and read a children’s book posted at several points along the way. End at the public library with a parent-led craft! Every Thursday this summer from June 1 – August 24. Watch for a new book and craft each Thursday between 9:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Enter the path at either the 8th Street and 110th Avenue entrance (across from the mall) OR the 15th Street entrance – then walk toward the public library.

Library opens at 1:30 p.m. parade morning

The library will be closed on Friday, Aug. 11 in the morning due to the parade. We will be open at 1:30 p.m. Friday after the parade.

New Facebook Page!

Due to some technical issues we are unable to resolve, we have had to create a new Facebook page for the library. Search for Dawson Creek Public Library (same as the old page) and follow the page that shows it is a ‘non-profit’ organization’. Follow us for the latest information about what’s happening at your library.
